Here at STAT, we proudly support the growth and development of our local communities. As a team, we have actively participated in events to benefit those around us. Below are a few of the organizations that we have recently worked with:

Claremont Middle School - Education
Members of the STAT team volunteered at an after school program at a local middle school. Each week, members of STAT visited Claremont Middle School and tutored a group of 6th grade students. We also participated in many of the after-school activities with the students such as basketball and foursquare.

Bay Area Outdoor & Recreation Program (BORP) - Disability Awareness
STAT helped raise money for a local organization dedicated to providing adaptive opportunities for the Bay Area disabled community. As a team, we played in a benefit wheelchair basketball tournament held at UC Berkeley. Not only were we one of the highest raising teams, but we were also tournament champions, beating members of the Cal football team in the process.

Saint Vincent De Paul Society - Soup Kitchen
STAT volunteered at a local soup kitchen to help bring the holidays to the homeless community. From greeting guests at the door to washing dishes in the kitchen, working with St. Vincent was both festive and rewarding.

Brushstrokes Studio - Pottery Party
To celebrate the year-end, the STAT team swapped their pens for paintbrushes and explored their artistic side at Brushstrokes Studio, a local pottery and mosaics studio in Berkeley. From painting ceramic dragons to designing elaborate dinner platters, STAT enjoyed an afternoon of relaxation and creativity. For more information about the studio, click here to visit their website.
